Turn Your School Into The Most Talked-About Campus This Summer.

When Space Trek brings a 3D space show, a real telescope, and a live solar observation to your school β€” parents talk. Families visit. Your campus becomes the place every parent in the neighbourhood has heard about.

What Hosting This Programme Does for Your School

    πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§

    New families visit your campus

Parents who register are often from nearby homes considering your school for admissions. This is their first visit.

    πŸ“±

Parents share your school on WhatsApp

A child holding a Space Science Certificate in front of your school gate gets photographed and shared in every family group.

    πŸ—£οΈ

    Community word-of-mouth activates

Families who attend tell neighbours, relatives, and friends. Your school's name spreads organically β€” no ads required.

    πŸ“‹

    Admissions enquiries follow naturally

Parents who've walked through your gate, met your staff, and seen your facilities are far more likely to enquire about admissions than those who haven't.

One programme. Dozens of new families. Real admissions pipeline.

    ✦ The Admission Season Opportunity

The Hardest Part of Growing Your School Is Getting Parents Through the Gate.

Every preschool owner knows the challenge β€” parents in your neighbourhood don't know what makes your school special until they've experienced it firsthand. Brochures don't do it. Social media posts rarely do it. But a morning where their child builds a telescope, looks at the Sun through a solar filter, and walks home with a certificate from an ISRO Registered Space Tutor? That does it.

The Sky Explorers Programme is designed to be hosted at your school β€” which means every parent who registers is coming to your campus. They park outside your gate. They wait in your premises. They meet your staff. They see your classrooms, your environment, your culture. You haven't paid for a marketing campaign. You've run one.

    30–75

    Families on your campus

Per day, depending on the number of batches you host. Each family is a potential admissions prospect.

    100%

    Organic word-of-mouth

Every child who graduates shares their certificate photo. Every parent who visits tells someone. Zero paid promotion needed from your side.

    β‚Ή0

    Upfront cost to your school

We bring all equipment, the facilitator, the certificates, everything. You pay Space Trek only after parents have paid you.

    ✦ The Sky Explorers Programme

Five Experiences That Make Parents Say β€” "Which School Was This At Again?"

A 2.5-hour journey from the formation of Earth to the stars visible tonight. Every activity is designed to create a moment parents photograph and share.

    3D Earth History Show

    15 minutes

Lights go down. Our facilitator plays a cinematic 3D film produced exclusively by Space Trek β€” the formation of the universe, Earth, and our solar system. The room is silent. Children are transfixed.

πŸ“Έ Parents love watching through the door

    Telescope Making Workshop

    25 minutes

In teams of 4, children assemble a real telescope from a professional kit. Our facilitator walks them through the history of how telescopes changed humanity. When the telescope works β€” every child looks through it.

    β˜€οΈ

    Live Solar Observation

    35 minutes

Every child observes the Sun through a 3-inch solar telescope with a certified solar filter and sees actual sunspots. Most adults have never done this. Every child in your school will have.

πŸ“Έ The most shared moment of the day

    🌌

    Night Sky Simulation β€” Stellarium

    35 minutes

A live Stellarium simulation projects the night sky in your classroom. Our facilitator navigates to planets, moons, constellations, and galaxies in real time. Children call out what they want to see next.

πŸ“Έ "They showed us Jupiter's moons"

    Quiz + Graduation Ceremony

    25 minutes

A fast-paced team quiz followed by an individual certificate presentation β€” every child's name called out, certificate in hand, group photo taken. Parents are invited in for this final moment.

πŸ“Έ Certificate photo goes on every family WhatsApp group
Every one of these moments happens at your school. Your name is in every photo. Your campus is in every shared video. This is marketing your school cannot buy.

    ✦ Your Admissions Opportunity

These Aren't Just Students. They're Families Considering Schools Like Yours.

The Sky Explorers Programme is open to children in Grades 3–9 from the neighbourhood β€” not just your enrolled students. When you open registrations to the broader community, the families who sign up are exactly the profile you want.

    ✦ Questions Principals Ask

    Everything You're Wondering

Do we need to limit this to our enrolled students only?

    +

No β€” and we actively encourage you not to. Opening registrations to neighbourhood children is what brings new families onto your campus. Your enrolled students can participate too, of course β€” but the admissions opportunity comes from outside registrations.

How do we get the word out to neighbourhood families?

    +

We provide ready-to-use WhatsApp messages, a parent-facing flyer, and a registration link. You share it in your existing parent groups and ask parents to forward to neighbours. Word spreads very quickly for a β‚Ή299 programme with this content.

    What space do we need?

    +

A regular classroom or hall that fits 20–25 children with space to move slightly. One power socket for the projector. One wall or surface for projection. That's all.

What if fewer than 20 students register?

    +

We require a confirmed minimum of 20 students. If registrations fall short, we reschedule β€” no payment is made and no session runs. Zero risk.

Can we run more than 2 batches?

    +

Yes β€” up to 3 batches of 25 in a single day subject to facilitator availability. A 3-batch day means up to 75 families on your campus.

How far in advance do we need to confirm?

    +

We recommend confirming at least 3 weeks before your preferred date to allow time for parent registrations to reach the minimum.

Is the content appropriate for both Grade 3 and Grade 9?

    +

Yes β€” the 3D show and solar observation work powerfully for younger children. The telescope optics, Stellarium navigation, and quiz engage older students deeply. We've run this successfully across the full Grade 3–9 range.

Do parents attend the full programme or just the end?

    +

Parents are invited in only for the final graduation ceremony β€” approximately the last 10 minutes. This keeps the session focused and gives the graduation moment genuine weight. It also means parents are on your campus, in your environment, in a celebratory mood.
